As a kid, I loved ice cream trucks.
When I got a little older, I became obsessed with lowriding.
This artwork is from my 1963 ice cream truck.
It’s an eye-busting art piece with a lot of history. The characters in the murals all have personal meaning to me, and are pulled from people I’ve known. This truck represents a lot of different eras of my life and my growth as an artist.
